As required by the client and the marketing board, the general style of the compound had to match popular architectural taste and be at the same time cost-efficient. Thus, white paint and plaster finishing seemed a good alternative. Decorative elements typical of traditional Mediterranean architecture were used in a stylized reinterpretation (red tiles, cornices, double arched windows, wooden balustrades ... ).
