The corners are structural elements, one of them being the vertical circulation core, and the sides are glazed. Because of proximity to the sea, the parking level had to be above ground, the ground floor being reserved for a large reception hall. On the 14th level, a three storey high suspended garden punctuates the succession of inhabitable floors, sheltering a large outdoor well ventilated area with splendid views towards the whole island.
