Situated in the Bekaa region, the pre-existing private villa, spanning approximately 1,000 sqm, underwent modifications to align with the owner's specific requirements. The objective was to achieve a modern and economically efficient architectural aesthetic while minimizing the need for extensive deconstruction of the existing structure.
