On an expansive plot measuring 2,100 sqm, the client envisioned the creation of a 550 sqm country house. Adhering to the client's preferences, Villa Saade was meticulously designed in a strictly traditional style. The primary structure comprises a substantial cube adorned with local stones, featuring plaster-covered additions on the sides and rear, complemented by a traditional red-tiled roof.

The architectural details pay homage to old Lebanese aesthetics, with a prominent oriental arch defining the entrance, crowned by three ogival arches on the front elevation. Additionally, two polychromic marble "mandalouns" adorned with flower beds, along with framed rectangular windows featuring artisanal wrought iron balustrades surrounding monobloc balconies, further enhance the traditional charm of the residence, supported by decorative corbels.
